Thornberry is a master-planned residential community in Madison, Mississippi, spanning six phases and more than 360 homesites, with pools, ponds, tree-lined sidewalks, and access to Madison schools.
Our Approach
Most community developments market themselves with lot maps and floor plans. We led with the place itself instead. Real aerial drone footage of the actual neighborhood does the work that a rendering can't — it shows the tree cover, the streets, the pools, and the homes that are genuinely there. The typography leans on a classic serif to match the Southern character of the community rather than the generic modernism most developers default to.
What We Built
A full-bleed aerial hero anchored by the line "Where Life Finds Its Roots", opening into sections for About, Amenities, Homes, Gallery, Events, HOA, Map, and Contact. The site deliberately serves two audiences at once: prospective buyers who need to be sold on the place, and current residents who need HOA information, the events calendar, and the community map. That dual purpose drove the navigation structure — buyers move down the page, residents go straight to the utility they came for.
